1. Air separation unit:
Oxygen generator: external compression/internal compression/self-pressurization;
Nitrogen generator: 18 kinds of nitrogen production processes (single column / double column / multi-column / reverse flow / forward flow);
Low purity oxygen enrichment device (70%-98%): double upper column / double lower column;
Small liquid air separation unit (<20TPD): direct air expansion or low-pressure air circulation;
Medium-sized liquid air separation unit (20~100TPD): low/medium pressure air circulation or low pressure nitrogen circulation + low temperature refrigeration unit process;
Large-scale liquid air separation unit (100~1200TPD): dual expansion air circulation or dual expansion lower column nitrogen circulation;
High purity gas: high purity O2, ultra pure N2;
Oxygen and nitrogen liquefaction plant (Liquefier);
Cryogenic liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon storage, gasification, pressure regulating device;
2. LNG plant:
Natural gas liquefaction plant with nitrogen cycle refrigeration;
Natural gas liquefaction plant for MRC cycle refrigeration;

Argon recovery device: single crystal silicon, polysilicon production tail gas, stainless steel steelmaking production tail gas to recover argon;
BOG helium extraction device;

High purity gas: high purity CO, high purity CO2, high purity N2O;
4. Equipment:
Gas storage tank (buffer tank), vacuum liquid storage tank, vaporizer, skid-mounted valve block.
